Direct from our farm to your table

Here’s how it works:

Placing your order

Your journey to enjoying the finest grass-fed beef directly from our team begins with placing an order online. Unlike traditional butchers, we sell our beef in packs, representing ⅛ of a cow. This unique approach ensures that nothing goes to waste. 

Assembling a full cow order

To maintain our ethical practices, we wait until a full cow’s worth of orders (8 x ⅛ shares) is placed before proceeding. This method ensures that we only process what’s needed, minimising waste and unnecessary slaughtering.

Slaughter and butchery

 Once a full animal worth of meat has been placed, we transport for slaughter to a nearby certified abattoir where the animal remains calm throughout the entire process. The meat is then expertly trimmed and butchered, ensuring the best quality and cuts for you.

Packaging and labelling

Our beef is vacuum-packed and labelled after butchering to maintain freshness and traceability. Each meat pack is placed in sealed boxes and chilled throughout transportation. 

Meat Box delivery

The final step in our farm-to-table journey involves transporting the chilled meat packs to Sydney for distribution. No matter where you’re located, our delivery system ensures your order will arrive chilled, in optimal condition, and ready for you to enjoy.
