Order cancellations: We understand that life’s busy and plans can change at the drop of a hat. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know and do so within 24 hours of making your purchase.

Delivery information: Mountain View Angus is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at office@mountainviewangus.com.au, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. With that said, we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to orders once they have been delivered. The customer is responsible for ensuring a secure location is available for delivery if they are not present to receive it.
Should you receive an incorrect order, please reach out to us at office@mountainviewangus.com.au within 24 hours. We are committed to rectifying any issues by offering a replacement or store credit for future purchases, depending on the situation.
Non-compliance with these policies may result in the inability to provide a replacement or store credit.
Returns and refunds: At Mountain View Angus, our goal is to deliver the highest quality beef from our farm directly to your table. We encourage our customers to carefully select their meat packs, as refunds cannot be provided once a purchase is made.
